Have you ever wondered what it would be like to do martial arts? This introductory class students will learn the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do along with important life skills in a SAFE and FUN environment. There will be board BREAKING, HIGH kicking, FAST punching, and LOTS of encouragement! There will be NO CONTACT among students and the instructor will reinforce that the techniques learned are not to be used outside of class.
