The National Teen Leadership Program (NTLP) is a motivating, inspiring and fun three-day, leadership weekend for teens. We accept incoming 9th graders through graduating seniors.

During the weekend students hear from three outstanding motivational speakers, take part in numerous interactive workshops and participate in small group sessions; all centered around the concepts of leadership, teamwork, and diversity. This is an overnight program with students arriving on Friday and leaving on Sunday afternoon.
