Please join us and bring your friends for a demo and informative session about Stroller Strides at the lucy Pro store in The Fountains from 10-12. We will run mini exercises that will depict what we do in Stroller Strides and share information about our Luna Moms Club.

For new monthly members signing up the day of the event we will have 1/2 off registration and the first month, a savings of $55!

Stroller Strides offers classes in Rocklin and Roseville 5 (and sometimes 6) days a week!  With four different instructors, classes are always fresh and challenging for the moms, and FUN for the babies!  In one hour moms are able to achieve a well-balanced workout that incorporates cardio, strength training, core work, and stretching.  We entertain the little ones through songs, nursery rhymes, counting, and more.  It truly is "Fitness For Mom, Fun For Baby!"
