Moms'-R-Us, a free mother’s support group for women who are raising children of all ages, announces a new study adventure. 

 

Classes begin September 9^th with an introduction to the year’s activities and a time to get acquainted. Beginning September 16^th and running through October 7^th, parents will be encouraged parents to build loving relationships by meeting their child’s need of adventure, activity and affection.  Learning how a child derives his or her identity and feelings of worth is extremely valuable to understand before the child reaches the teen years.  This new study featuring John Drescher’s book and video entitled; “Your Child 6 to 12: Your Last Great Chance,” will help parents appreciate the preciousness of the pre-teen years.   

 

Moms'-R-Us invites mothers to join this supportive join of ladies. The group meets on Tuesday mornings from 9:30am-11:30am at Orangevale Church of Christ, 5915 Main Avenue in Orangevale. Free child care is provided for infants up to two years old.  A Christian based Preschool program is provided for children 3-5 years old, free of charge for mothers who are attending the classes.
