Hello...

My name is Sophia and I am a new mother of twin boys born 11-23-09 at Sutter Memorial Hospital.  My babies were born at 29 weeks gestation due to Baby B having a bad placenta.  My boys at birth weighed 2 lbs 10 oz and 1 lb 2 oz.   Baby A (Nicolas)  came home on 1-14-09 and Babt B (Noah) is still in the hospital.  We are hoping Noah will join us within the next few weeks.
