About girl4agreenerworld

My name is Charmaine.  I'm a single parent of two children, a son who is 14 and a daughter who is 12.  My little girl is severely disabled with Cerebral Palsy and requires constant care, but is such a joy to be around.  I have a background in event planning and graphic design, and an Art degree from UC Davis.  Due to circumstances with my daughter, I started a business out of my home making one-of-a-kind purses and bags out of recycled clothing. I call my biz Bag Ladies of Northern California.  My hope is to educate others to use reusable bags instead of paper or plastic and to be more aware of our environment.  (10% of my sales goes to Acres of Hope, a homeless women's and children center in Placer County.)  I also paint murals for public or private use.   We live near old town Fair Oaks with our two dogs and cat.

Eat ice cream hun it is ok. Well in moderation. And yeah not out of the container hehhehehe But I swear by ice cream leave in the dairy and cut out processed foods. Or at least replace some with fresh fruits and vegetables plus go organic and high fiber. Take a little time for yourself you can do it!
