A Sacramento landmark celebrating 50 years of Family Fun in 2009, Fairytale Town is a unique outdoor educational museum and children's playpark that covers 2.5 acres in beautiful William Land Park. Home to over 25 fantasy themed playsets including King Arthur's Castle, Sherwood Forest, Cinderella's Pumpkin Coach, the Jolly Roger Pirate Ship, the Crooked Mile, and the Yellow Brick Road--to name a few. Live farm animals are featured in Farmer Brown's Barn, Peter Rabbit's lair,  and Mary's Schoolhouse, and luxurious gardens spill out from the Urashima Taro waterfall. Birthday parties, field trips, educational workshops and Fun Camps are available. Special events include puppet shows in the Children's Theatre and live concerts on the Mother Goose Stage. Live stage performances are offered by the Fairytale Town Troupers. Seasonal Holiday events include Winter Wonderland and Safe & Super Halloween (now in it's 23rd year).
