M.O.M. Balance is your weekly link to a life coach who understands the challenges of motherhood. Karen Harvey, CEC with Clarity Coaching, is a certified life coach and a mother of two, who specializes in helping moms create more satisfying and balanced lives. M.O.M. Balance looks at:
Mothering - who you are as a parent
Obstacles - the things that keep you from moving forward
Me - who you are as a woman, aside from being a mom
You will explore ways to be the mother you want to be, while still keeping sight of who you are as an individual, and figuring out how to overcome your own obstacles. Each week's articles will alternate between "Mom" topics and "Me" topics, and offer a related assignment to help you implement your own positive changes.
