We're BIG game players in our family and always have been. Both my husband and I were raised in game playing homes and it's something we do a lot of with our son. Playing cards and board games is WONDERFUL for smaller children and those with special needs. It helps develop their hand-eye coordination, pincer grasp and other imporant occupational goals. Of course, it also is great for social skills (as you already said.) Taking turns, gracious winning AND losing. Ok, our favorites! -Frog Juice (great card game) -Backgammon -SkipBo -Boggle -Clue We also like stranger games like: -ChezGeek -13 Dead End Drive -Dork Tower -Scrutineyes -Run For Your Life Candyman (a more adult version of the classic Candyland)
