Yes, great story! What is it about pets named Ripley? (You remember my 20 pound cat?) As an English major, I also got the same questions about teaching. It eventually became true, but it was annoying that people seemed to think that was all I was capable of. My thought--anyone who can take Shakespeare, philosophy, speech writing, and Victorian lit all in one semester can pretty much handle anything. Way to be super mommy and save the day!
