Oh boy, do I hear you loud and clear on this one! Sadly my church is even WORSE than my son's school. School's do seem to get better as they get older. I remember thinking at one point "Am I going to be snack mom in high school!? This is NUTS!" It seemed endless... now days there are so many kids that no one notices if you don't step up. I'm slunk off to the shaddows where I intend on staying (after serving many a "tour of duty" for the PTA and such.) You'd think a church would "get it" more than the school? Not sure what's up with that. Great blog!
