As someone who has watched Flava of Love over the years (and the subsequent spin offs), I get your fascination with the show. It's like a car wreck. Oh, and I also used to enjoy watching America's Next Top Model for the evil joy of watching tall, skinny girls get tortured (bikinis in January) and practice walking in heels. Seriously, lessons for WALKING. Love it! I don't get many opportunities to feel morally superior, so when they come 'a knockin, I go for it. :)
