well to answer your question i'm glad to share with you how i've learned to live in the moment.
i suck at taking pictures. literally, if a picture is taken, there is sure to be a head cut off, or my finger blocking the corner. so i've made peace with a picture-less life. instead i use my eyeballs as my camera. i see something i want to remember forever, and i click it with my eyes. click! even if i forget it an hour later, at that very moment it is the only thing that exists. and i love that moment.
i've mentioned this before, but i write alot of letters to my daughter, my husband and myself. i have a pretty little box, and keep all of my letters to my future daughter in there. i found that if i write the letter soon after something happened that i want her to know about, i can relay it in much more detail.
