We definitely felt a difference when we were cutting out the fast food. Every once in a while, we run out for the burgers and fries but, if you do it too often. You feel...blah!
We look forward to shopping at the local farmers market. The little one on Manzanita and Winding way in Carmichael...It's called "The farmer's Wife" ~ There's a special one that we go to. The one after Slough house on Hwy 49 which is actually called "Davis Ranch". They have fantastic vegetables, honey and nuts and berries...I could go on. We love it.
We pick up something for ourselves and for our extended family. They get jealous when we mention we got our vegetables from there or if we didn't go there with them ~ So we just get them something too.
