It's so hard to think cheap when I just came from "Icing on the Cupcake" located at 5065 Pacific Street, Rocklin, Ca (916)315-9500. I got two different cupcakes, to try, and they are sinfully delicious!! I had the dark and white chocolate, and vanilla with cherry topping, YUMMMMMMMMMMMM!! They call themselves a boutique cupcakery, and I had been dying to try them. They don't open until 11am, and I have to be at work before then. But today I got to go to work late, so I checked them out. The mom and daughter who have the shop make all kinds of wonderful cupcakes and you can order the little ones too; for parties and such. They are my new favorite spot for something sweet. They aren't the cheapest, but certainly the freshest, and best tasting. One cupcake costs about $2.50, but worth every bite I took. Enjoy!
