I took my 14 month old son to the Jack and Jillybeans salon today for his first haircut. This is my 3rd child, but probably the hardest of the 3 for me to make the big step of getting the first haircut. I have wanted to cut his hair for a few weeks, but every time I try to make the call I can't go forward with the realization that once his hair is cut he will be a big boy and no longer a baby. Mnow y other 2 kids are 12yrs and 14yrs old so it's been a long time since I have done the first haircut experiance.
I called Jack and Jillybeans salon this morning and they got us right in for my son's haircut. We walked in the door and my husband, myself and our little guy were greeted very warmly by the owner Donna and her co-worker Deborah. Right away Deborah had us set our son in a little firetruck where she had a movie playing for him and toys for him to pay with while she cut his hair. Deborah was great with our son. She was...
