Brodie and I were hanging out in the kitchen this afternoon, while Lucas finished his nap.  I was wearing an apron, as I prepared the ingredients to bake a pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving.  Brodie was having a grand time banging his pots, pans, bowls, cups, and whatever else he had access to on his pantry shelf.  The kitchen suddenly fell silent, so I glanced over at him.  He had pulled the aprons off the pantry door, and was trying to put one on.  It was 10x too big for him, but I went ahead and helped him put the apron on by wrapping it, tucking it, and tying it on him so he could be like Mommy.  We danced and twirled around the kitchen being silly, both wearing our aprons.
