I've been a little MIA this week. Sorry about that. My grandparents are down from Oregon and my son and I have been spending the whole week at my aunt’s house with them. We've been putting in some quality shopping, cleaning and cooking. Today is our yearly family get-together and we're leaving for that really soon. We'll be back home tomorrow and I promise a juicy blog then. You're all in my minds! Not blogging this week has been pretty painful actually. Does that make me a narcissist? In the meantime... here are a few highlights of my week... Telling my teenage son if he doesn't come down off the video games to spend "quality" family time I'd take him back home. My grandmother was telling us a story about how much TV my grandpa watches at home. She said "He sits in his chair with that thing (remote) in his hand so much that I finally told him... ONE DAY... THAT THING IS JUST GOING TO GO OFF ALL OVER YOUR LAP!" Before I knew what I was doing I blurted...
