My twins and I attended the Mommy and More event at the Natomas Racquet Club today. We had a great time. We met new moms, made new friends, entered drawings for free gifts, and enjoyed free food. Our favorite part of the event was the "mommy and me" yoga class. Five moms and 8 kids attended. The kids ranged in age from 5 months to 8 years old. There were two sets of twins. The instructor included the kids in each of the poses. All of us enjoyed stretching, strengthening, and relaxing together.
