We’ve all had them. You get up in the morning and it’s all down-hill from there. Something is just “off” with your day and you’re just not sure how to fix it. I’m having one of those mornings this morning (complete with being locked out of the house.) When these days happen I personally have a difficult time keeping optimistic and the urge to just crawl back into bed and call it a day is overwhelming. Especially after the 3rd or so “bad thing” that happens in a row (before 9AM.) The coffee hasn’t kicked in yet and I just can’t readjust that fast!   Anyone have any tips?
