I REALLY need your help moms!
My husband and I cannot seem to agree on a name for this baby and its driving me crazy! I am one of those have-to-plan everything types, and am tired of arguing over it. I like the names Joshua and Ryan, while DH likes Tyler but I'm not so sure. I know the names I like are totally popular, but help? I like all sorts of names so please post all of your suggestions here! I would greatly appreciate any help with this!

Do what I did and use all three names:  Joshua Ryan Tyler (whatever your last name is here).  That way he'll have a few names to choose from as he gets older if he wants to change it.

I also think Ryan Joshua Tyler sounds nice too.

We named our daughter Mia Amsey Jade.

Good Luck!

Ok so I grew up knowing like 15 different Joshua's (Josh's) so I'm a little against that name.  I think it needs a rest.  And trust me, I'm not exagerating, I was friends with four of them at the same time!!!  I really like Ryan, it's a normal name but just has a nice ring to it.  Plus, even though it's a popular name, it's used a lot for middle names so there may not be a lot of Ryan's around.  Tyler is a great name too but I've noticed it's being used more and more.  Do you have any family names you like?  Or are you against using family names?  You and always do what my husband and I did.  We looked up names that were from our "nationalities."  My husband's 100% Norwegian and I'm mostly German so we looked names up under their country of origin.  It's amazing how many names we really liked.  It might be a good way to narrow it down and possibly be really creative. A great website is www.babynamescountry.com They allow you to look for names under country of origin.  Good luck!

I think MamaLisa has a great point, use the family. Though I have two girls, but if my next one were a boy, we would have an original fist name and my boyfriends middle name. For my fist girl she has the same middle name as her Nana. Good luck, your husband and you sound exactly like my boyfriend and I when deciding second daughter's name. Finally we got it together.

I think everyone has some great comments and ideas.  Basically you need to go with your hearts on this one.  Ryan is a neat name.  My brother in laws to be exact.  I also like Tyler and Joshua.  I have a 3 year old boy and an 11 mo just 3 days shy of 1 year Daughter.  We went with C names.  I was the one that wanted unique and different names.  So we went with Carson Michael and Camey Michelle.  We all have M middle names so kept that a tradition as well.

At the time we also liked Alison, Allyson, Kennedy, Cayley, Haley, Dylan, Casey and Campbell. Good Luck!  I'm sure what ever name you choose will be just fine. Like I said you have to go with your hearts on this one...remember this he is a part of both you.
