Sac County Fair
I took my kids to the County Fair today, and we all agreed that we enjoy it much more than the State Fair.
The exhibits were excellent, and they have a wonderful science area with hands on stuff for the kids to try. Great art too, and I wish I would have entered one of my goddesses....:).... All around, it is not as expensive either. We bought discount wristband tickets earlier this week, and even if they would have been full price, my kids used every little bit and more of what I paid for the unlimited rides. There were plenty of rides for my 6 and 10 year old, MOST of them they could ride together. The people who brought their animals were friendly, and we learned so much! The State Fair is still taking entries, I would really consider that if I were you. Check on their website at www.bigfun.org.
I'm glad you guys had such fun!
