Kaiser Permanente and California Family Fitness Team Up to Promote Health and Wellness Education
California Family Fitness (CFF) and Kaiser Permanente are partnering together to host a series of free workshops aimed to help inform and engage club members and the general public about a variety of health and safety issues. "We are very excited about our opportunity to partner with Kaiser Permanente in efforts to promote healthy living," said Larry Gury, president and co-founder of California Family Fitness. "These workshops will allow a unique opportunity to discuss various health issues in an interactive format, which will provide our members and the public with informative health and wellness tips to better their personal lifestyles."

Our next workshop, "Keeping Kids Fit and Healthy: Giving Your Children a Healthy Head Start" is coming up soon!
