Cool Web site for Hungry Girls
I've been meaning to share this for a while...a cool Web site I stumbled upon called hungry-girl.com It's got a lot of great tips on how ot eat better to lose weight as well as a lot of product info on things you can buy at the store that are low in fat and high in satisfaction. Plus, there is a lot of restaurant info on how to eat out sensibly. Check it out and let me know what you think. I signed up for their daily e-mail and it's got some good info.
