Relocating Update
AARRRGGGGHHHH this is crazy. October 07 November 07 December 07 January 08 February 08 March 08 April 08 May 08 June 08 July 08 August 08 September 08 October 08 November 08 December 08 January 09 Well I am turning 32 today. The good news is I don't look a day over 28 and weigh 120lbs. But for all those who are cringing and growling with envy right now my credit is shot, my bank account low and I am still dealing with acne!!! lol Good thing I am taking stock of the best things in my life and enjoying the simple things rather than focusing on the latter. I have a friend I have known since middle school who lives near and I carpool her kids but we haven't talked or seen each other in a while so I dropped by her house unnanounced just to check in. She was making an early dinner and invited me to join as we caught up on current news and things happening in our lives. It wasn't fancy but it was warm and uplifting to kick back, laugh, eat and share for a few moments in the midst of our busy days. My whole weekend has really been calm and tranquil. I would have wished for a wild out of town adventure with a group of friends oh well I am sure there is still plenty of time for that. An interesting little surprise I had at the book store on Saturday night browsing alone I found one written by another Tosca. For those of you who do not know my name is an Italian opera. And rare as all get out that I have seen, never meeting another person named after it . The last good thing that happened to me in connection with my name was finding records of an performance of the opra I am named after in a bin for sale at a local library for ten cents! Oh what fun. Very different from the stir going on in another circle of my life where there are about 11 women named Jennifer all congregated. The book I found at the store in in promotion of a radical diet life style too extreme for me tho I do belive in eating differently than just swallowing what mainstream produces. There are of course exceptions however and right now I am headed home to Rite Aid ice cream in my freezer. Preferably I really would rather make my own incredibly rich flavorful ice cream (no one can ever explain to me why vanilla continues to reign when it is as bland as plain coffee and there are so many great things to be added and enjoyed). A subdued celebration of life is mine for this day! Tosca
