Every Man's Dream...

Is apparently fulfilled at Costco. Conspiracy theories abound.

We have a 5 yr old TV.  TripletDad, like any typical adult male, has been wanting a flat screen.  There was no way to justify it.  We’re still growing our own business, we’re considering a move...The Costco ads were just teasing him.  So we stopped looking at them.

We said, ‘there is no reason to buy a new TV - a flat screen no less - while ours is working just fine.’

What is that pesky subtitle of mine again?  Oh yeah, so while we were planning on waiting until our TV died (in a good 5 years or so, right?), it died.  So that is the life happening part.

Here’s the conspiracy theory part:  It died the day after I got an email ad from Costco with the best price we have ever seen for the flat screen he wants.

Hmmmm....and right before football season...

I suspect foul play! :) That's totally something my husband would do. Hey, I should make sure I clear my history after reading this...

Oooo, sounds a little suspicious to me.
That's totally true and funny. I learned the hard way and quit letting my husband go to Costco alone.

Me thinks it is all too coincidental... especially since I've been waiting for years for my lackluster dishwasher to die an aborted rinse cycle death.

I bet Grey's Anatomy is going to look great on the new flat screen though(give me a 48 inch high def close up of McSteamy any day)!

Funny how things happen...could be considered perfect timing or the worst timing.
