Overheard conversation in the playroom today:
Discussion between Trip3/Trip1 about the definition of a word: Trip1: Not two-STORY, a two-STORE house. Mommy (eavesdropping from the other room): No he's right, it’s called two-story. Trip3: Because there might be books upstairs AND down stairs – that’s why it’s called two-story. Sometimes they crack me up! 2 comments from 2 users

For the longest time my son thought the word "soothing" was actually pronounced "smoothing." I still use it as an adjective to this day. I like it a lot.

I said to my three year old a minute ago...okay sweetie. You have to wear green to school for St. Patrick's Day! Her reply, is Spongebob and Patrick gonna be there?? LOL
