Sometimes we all need a little motivation to make the time to exercise. But getting back into a regular fitness routine can be especially tough when you’re trying to juggle work, family and life in general. Perhaps it’s been awhile since you’ve worked out or it’s been so long that you don’t know where to begin.
Together with Fleet Feet Sports, SacMomsClub wants to provide one mom the opportunity to unlock her inner athlete and train to walk (or walk/run) her first 5k race by participating in the No Boundaries Training program.
No Boundaries is a national program started by Fleet Feet Sports and sponsored by New Balance. It’s a 10-week program designed for inactive or minimally active people. You will be trained and motivated by coaches, receive information to improve your overall fitness and develop the habits of a healthy lifestyle while preparing for the Run to Feed the Hungary 5k on Thanksgiving morning.
Simply tell us about your fitness goals, why you would like to participate and one lucky mama will randomly be selected to walk her way to a healthier lifestyle. Oh, and you’ll also get a free pair of New Balance shoes! If you're already involved in a regular fitness routine, nominate a deserving mom.
Post your response by August 14. Winner will be selected on August 15.
