In my iPod you will find a wide variety of music. From world music (like middle eastern belly dancing) to Mozart to Aerosmith to Corn, I like pretty much anything. What do I HATE? New country (There will always be room in my heart and iPod for Johnny Cash and Dolly Parton) and acid jazz. Most jazz I hate actually.

Because I predominately use my iPod for running, most of the songs are fast and upbeat to keep me going.  I have everything from Eminem and Timbaland to Kelly Clarkson and Sheryl Crow.  The type of music really doesn't matter as long as it keeps me going at 5am :)

I am still in the process of switching all of old my songs from my itunes library to my new iPhone!  I love classical, rock, hip hop, jazz, and even some techno!  My recent favorite band is Bond.  I love their compositions of classical music with modern rhythm.  Music is very inspiring is all of aspects.  Music can teach, inspire, uplift or even dampen a spirit.  I love most genres of music because no matter what mood I'm in, if it has a catchy rhythm, good lyrics, or a light sound, I can feel happier and regenerated out of even the most dreary slump!

I have all types of music (and new additions coming soon). I started out liking hip hop because I LOVE to dance!! Then when I got pregnant I started listening to country to relax... but it always made me cry. So then I switched to alternative (and Christmas music since it was the holidays...). Once Gregory was born I added "Sounds Around the World" to the list because it was so calming that it helped him fall asleep, even through those sad colic days.

And now... my work is having a 50's themed party and I'm getting the music together. I have a feeling I'm going to be an Elvis fan shortly!! haha

So my list includes... hip hop, country, alternative, Christmas, sounds around the world, and soon... 50's =)

I have everything from Johnny Cash to vintage Beastie Boys to Paulo Nutini to Alicia Keyes to the Wiggles.  My current music fave is a spunky French cafe group called Paris Combo.

I listen to all kinds of music.  To get me going I love Hip-Hop & R&B, I also listen to 80's, 90's, Christian and Pop music.  You will also find some classical and country songs on my iPod.  My kids also have songs on iPod, Jonas Bros, Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens, etc.  I also have chick flick and kids movies on iPod.

I mostly use my ipod for running or walking buddy, so lots of pump it up type upbeat stuff.   A lot of Pop.  Mostly female artists - Sheryl Crow, Christina Agulera, Kelly Clarkson.  Yes, Britney is on there, too.  (I'm a big dork).

My entire CD collection and a lot of Podcast and some photos.

Jackie Greene, Radiohead, the Police, Lauren Hill, U2, MontereyBayAquarium-Jellies music, Stephen Colbert, NPR Talk of the Nation, NPR This American Life.

My son has loved Jackie Greene since we saw him play at McKinley park when he was only 2 years old and just before Jacike made his big record deal. I love it when kids like good music and not just the "Wheels on the bus" covers.

Celine Dion's Taking Chances CD is our current fave.  We also have Blake Lewis' renditions of Imagine and You Give Love a Bad Name, Jordin Sparks, Sara Bareilles' Love Song (free from Starbucks), and mostly rehearsal songs for my vocal group.  I need to add more songs one of these days, but don't find the time...
