Wine Results

Morning!

We had a blast at the wine tasting. I was so impressed with the wines. My husband who was skeptical of the wines truly enjoyed them as well. So what were the results?

Pierre-Luc Bouchaud, Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie, Loire Valley, France
  - lovely, fruity

Yelcho, Colchagua Valley Carmenere Reserva, Chile  - different and interesting, very good

Domaine Galetis, Sauvignon Blanc de la Clauso, vin de pays d'Oc, France   - loved this one. very smooth, soft and velvety

Mountbridge, South Eastern Australia Cabernet Merlot   - I personally did not drink the reds but i was told that it was a very nice blend

Mosaic Vineyards & Winery, Sonoma County Chardonnay, California   - excellent, a bit of oak but not overwhelming.

Tonight I am going to a Traveling Vineyard Business meeting to taste more wine. I will fill you in on what I tasted tomorrow.

Cheers

Sounds fun! We're going as part of my sister-in-law's b-day in June. I'm looking forward to it.

If you need a wine rack, Cost Plus has some really beautiful ones at great prices (and no, I don't work there. Just got my rack there)

Hey, sounds like a great job! I'd love to drink wine and be working at the same time :) (though they do discourage that at most public schools.)

I'm glad you had a good time.

Thanks Creatress. I LOVE Cost PLus and I will grab some plus from antique shops as well for the fairs.

Since I can not sell wine I can only display it...  Are you going to a wine tasting?
