I just had a baby on July 19, 2008.. I'm looking for mommy groups to just get together and talk, get out of the house and have some adult conversation (w/ baby of course) Know of any?

Looking for mommy groups in Sacramento area.  My daughter was born on 7/19/08 and I just want to get out of the house and have adult conversations, compare notes, let the babies interact... Please respond if you know of any...
