Short and Sweet

i jus had to tell yall about this, its almost midnight and im sittin here messin with the computer in my room, and Vanessa my 3 year old (who has been asleep since about 9pm) comes in all bleary eyed and scratchy voiced and says,
 
"mama..."
 
"yes baby"
 
"i have to tell you something..."
 
"what baby?"
 
a long pause and then...

"...i'm tired"
 
 
i had to try and not laugh hysterically while i carry her back to bed lol
 
sooo cute. classic =)

Happy Cinco de Mayo!
We aren't mexican, but i love la raza and i'll use ANY excuse to go eat some mexican food! One of the major perks of living in California :) I went to NYC last year, NADAS. All my favorite mexican joints are in Vacaville unfortunely. If you ever go there, Jaliscos, El Azteca, Murillos and Vasquez Deli are all muy delicioso. Any suggestions on a great, affordable place to go around here? The hole in the wall restaurants always seem to be the best.  Viva la carne asada y salsa!
