Personal Invitation to Sac Mom's Club Members
Join us tomorrow night (Wednesday, May 14 at 7pm) at the beautiful new Italian Cultural Center (6821 Fair Oaks Blvd.) in Carmichael for a free, fun travel class. If you have or are planning to have any young children and will travel with them at some point- now is the time to check out this new resource for parents and grandparents. This is not your ordinary class telling you to bring a new toy wrapped up or some "effective" cough syrup. This is the first class of it's kind - an advocate for the traveling family - the resources you will take home from this class are guaranteed to eliminate stress and actually help you to enjoy the process of traveling with young kids. At the class you will receive a detailed travel checklist highlighting even the smallest details of things to remember to do before leaving home. Also included is a medical form with vital information and contact numbers, a carry-on check list according to your child's age, and lots of great coupons for discounts on travel products and services. Want to know what stroller is the best to take on vacation or what carrier holds kids until they go to middle school - without hurting your back? (Ok maybe not middle school... but it has been rated to hold kids up to 70 lbs!)

Or sick of carrying that bulky car seat through the airport? Check out this 1 lb. FAA approved harness - the life saving harness that turns the airplane seat into a "car seat".

If you need to bring the car seat - make sure that you have the little strap that saves your back and hooks the car seat onto your luggage!
![]() Want a suitcase that your preschooler can ride by themselves through the airport? We hear many comments from fellow travelers (even business travelers) who wish this came in adult size as they see how happy my son is riding past them down the long halls of the airport. It also eliminates the, "Can you carry me?" question from my 35+ lb. son!
Or how about that ear pain? Want to see the latest device that has been proven to eliminate the need for antibiotics and even vent tube surgery in kids? A 4 year National Institute of Health study showed that 85% of kids regained hearing lost from ear problems after using this device twice per day. I met with the manufacturer last week in Minneapolis and was given a demo unit so parent's can try it out for themselves!
If you have young kids, even if you have no current plans to travel with them - I promise that some of this information will be worth a trip over to Carmichael Wednesday evening. And if you can't make it this Wednesday, reserve a spot at our May 28th seminar at the same time and location. Plus, won't it be nice to see the new Italian center, enjoy some refreshments and time with other parents and grandparents, and learn something fun?
