Wow...its been a busy week! Tomorrow is the CBI grant submittal deadline, so if you're working on putting together a grant application, don't forget to get it in by tomorrow! This year's Children's Celebration was a hit. A lot of families attended and we were glad that it was such a beautiful day! Thanks to everyone that helped to make this a successful event! The annual First 5 Sacramento Children's Celebration at Fairytale Town is this Saturday (Oct 10) from 10am to 4pm. In addition to all of the usual Fairytale Town characters, Sid the Science Kid will be there! Stop by the First 5 Sacramento booth and chat with folks who have created community programs benefitting kids ages 5 and under. They'll have plenty of information and stories to share!
